I founded my UK company, Beaudeley Yoga, in 2018 and have enjoyed serving my UK community, as well as my extended overseas community, in all things “wellness-related” since.

Beaudeley means “beautiful place”, the old name given to the town in which I originally settled in the UK, and through holistic self-help techniques I aim to promote personal responsibility towards health and vitality. My vision is to help you to rediscover your own beautiful place within, the Self.

Born in South Africa, I am deeply connected to my African roots, however I have travelled extensively, and lived in many different countries, learning and perfecting my craft through study and adventure, but mostly from the teachers I have met along the way. My interest in natural wellness was further cultivated during my 10 years living in a remote part of Mozambique (East Africa) where I learned ancient knowledge of healing through nutrition, lifestyle and a healthy mindset.

Through a holistic approach to natural health and wellness my aim is to provide you with support in raising consciousness, personal development, emotional support and increased self-awareness. Inviting balance within the whole Self: Mind, Body and Spirit, I can offer to you the opportunity to learn simple techniques to help you in areas of your life where you may need extra support:
